You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item should be unused or gently used and in its original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email support@veonabeauty.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team responds within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, additional time may be needed for the funds to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
